Turning Interest into Action

Here at Not Perfect 323, we see the value in everyone. We want to be a catalyst for positive change, and since our beginnings in 2022, we’ve been driven by the same ideas we initially founded our Non-Profit Organization upon: support, empowerment and progress.

Dealing with the challenges of today requires problem-solvers who bring different perspectives and are willing to take risks. Not Perfect 323 emerged out of a pursuit to inspire and support the community, and a desire for actions to speak louder than words.

When you look at anything in this life you can describe it with simply two words "NOT PERFECT". Whether it be family, friends, marriage, relationships, co-workers, careers, and basically anything, nothing is always perfect 100% of the time. We've all been through something. In our very human nature we want to feel important, valued, listened to and validated. We believe in building STRONGER communities. We believe that people are our great asset on the planet, so why not invest back into people.

We wholeheartedly commit to the work we do with passion and dedication, transparently sharing it with the community and inviting others to take part. On top of this, we challenge ourselves to think creatively, applying an innovative approach to all that we do. This mission drives the continued success of Not Perfect 323.
